At PREGMATE, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your maternity wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with tags attached. If your fit isn't perfect, we are happy to assist with a seamless exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printerless drop-off experience.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and securely seal the parcel before attaching the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
